Hi, I'm Palesa — an English tutor from Johannesburg, South Africa, with over 10 years of teaching experience and more than 4,000 lessons taught. I hold a BA Honours in Psychology, along with TESOL, IELTS Preparation, and Life Coaching certifications. But more than credentials, what I bring to every lesson is genuine care for helping you find your voice in English.
My classroom is interactive, flexible, and — above all — human. I don't believe in rigid, one-size-fits-all lessons or harsh correction that makes you afraid to speak. Instead, I use my coaching background to create a comfortable, supportive space where mistakes are simply part of learning. We use real conversation, video, reading, and speaking practice — not just textbook drills — so what you learn actually sticks and applies to your life.
